How does one go about creating the ultimate list of sober songs? We know how important music is in recovery, so we asked our social media followers and our podcast listeners, “What song inspires your sobriety?” We were overwhelmed by the response! Music is such an important piece of many people’s recovery journeys, and everyone was so happy to share.

The result is this list of 223 (!) songs that inspire sobriety. Some are directly about alcohol and addiction. Others are simply inspiring, and can easily be related to struggles with alcohol, or the joy of sobriety. Either way, we listened to every single song, and curated the best list of sober songs you’re ever going to find.
